Crouch End Festival/Summer Shakespeare

It's almost time for the third Crouch End Festival!

A chance for the Crouch End Players to devise and perform diverse pieces of entertainment, free of charge in our community. Our way of giving something back to all those who support us all year around!

This year we have 3 productions on offer, something to suit all ages.

  • Three Short Comedy Plays
  • Children's Storytelling "Once Upon a Storytime"
  • Live Vintage Radio Drama "Flash Gordon"

Tickets are free, but many venues are limited by capacity. Therefore we need to allocate places on a "first-come, first-served" basis.  (Last two years we have reluctantly had to turn audience away from oversubscribed venues for safety reasons)

In order to book a free place please contact us by email, stating the date, time, venue and name of the show at this email address:

Shakespeare in Priory Park

Amid all the Festival preparation, we are working hard in rehearsal for our first ever open-air Shakespeare production!

13th -16th August 2014, the Bowling Green in Priory Park will be transformed into the Forest of Arden for our captivating production of

"As You Like It"

directed by Kate Stafford (A Christmas Carol, History of Falling Things).

We have already been training in Stage Combat, so expect a thrilling production....
